The airplane depicted is ship 312, manufacturer no. 47813, a CF6-50C2 equipped DC-10-30 that was delivered to Laker Airways
on March 24, 1980. After Laker ceased operations it went back to McDonell Douglas and finally was leased to United Airlines
in September 1984 and registered N1854U. It was converted to a DC-10-30F (AF) in 1997 and leased to FedEx in 2001.
