Hello everyone!
First of all happy Xmas and a big thanks to XPFW team for this great present.
Did anybody recognize, that you can see all passengerseats inside the plane?!?
(after you open the plane for the first time, cockpitview is set to foward, then push chaseview
and something like a camera is going backwards through the aircraft and here it is!!)
Just one question: is it possible to go inside the plane to see a lot more of the fantastic interior? I tried
everthing i know including scroll through the whole 3D cockpit, but couldn't find the entrance to the cabin.

Once again: absolutely great aircraft

Merry Christmas to all! :)

Thanks for these Airbus', very nice indeed. Love the panel and the 3d upgrade.

Just wondering if i have a video card bug? The lit textures work on the tail but the cabin doesn't light up as in previous versions. Or this this part of the beta phase? My cockpit however lights up bright white/yellow. Thanks again for your hard work and time :)

I remember that the A319 for 8.15 came in a British Airways livery. Will we see this livery again?

BA uses IAE engines on their fleet. It'll take a few days more.

I completely forgot about that. Great to hear there'll be a multi-engine release of these aircrafts though.

Great airplane. Just took a short flight around KSBD.
Now all I need to figure out, is where to adjust the OBS and heading :( My slow brain have not figured that out yet
Happy landings

There's a small display marked "ALTCRS" on the FMC. Set your HSI selector to NAV1 or NAV2, and then click next to that to adjust your OBS.

I keep rather few (four or less) jet airliners in my "hangar"; this is one of them.

I have updated the download on page 1 of this thread.
The aircraft received some autopilot & panel tweaks by Splendor.

The A318 needs a bit more work than the others.
It will depend on general workload but maybe I'll have it ready next weekend.

I love all these new planes for v8 but I find the 3D cockpits grind my FPS to a crawl.

Digging around, I decided to remove the cockpit.obj from the plane's folder. The framerates are back to normal but the plane no longer has a windshield on its exterior.

Is there a way I can fly a 'dumber' version of the plane while retaining their good looks?

thanks!

You would have to find a paint that includes windows. I have a paint for Tame A320 that will be released with and without windows as soon as the IAE A320 comes out. You might also be able to modify a paint from v.6 and keep the windows in.
