Flickering in 3D pit? (767-300ER)

I can also confirm this problem on the 757. X-Plane 9.5 on Win 7 64 bit, Nvidia GTX260 w/ 197.45 driver. It is related to one of two things: Landing lights switch in the 3D cockpit OR pixel shaders. If you turn off volumetric effects, the flashing stops and the 3D switches do not move. X-Plane without volumetric effects doesn't feel as nice. Can this problem be fixed some other way that I am unaware of? Looks like perhaps it's tied to newer versions of X-Plane only?
